*VERY LATE entry fee is with non-personalized race numbers and places are limited according to the number of reserve race numbers ordered and is active while supplies last or until 04/26/2024, whichever occurs first.

I. How do I register?

- Register for the competition https://chepan.stenata.com/register/

– You will receive an e-mail with your ID, which you should use when paying the participation fee. Then pay your registration fee considering due dates in the above table

II. Payment methods:

1. By bank transfer on our site Stenata 1997, IBAN : BG62UNCR70001523138835, BIC: UNCRBGSF, Bank: Unicredit Bulbank. Reason/grounds for payment - "Bike for Chepan / ID number of the registered person taken from the automatic email for confirmed registration". Example - "Bike for Chepan / ID 354"

2. ePAY: The fee can be paid at all Easypay offices by transferring the relevant amount to TIN number: 1351183427, Grounds/Reason for payment: ID for which payment is made.

3. By debit/credit card card through the virtual POS from here. In the "Comment to the order" field, you MUST write down the ID you are paying on.

4. On-site in STENATA stores – http://www.stenata.com/bg/stores (If you prefer this option, you have to have registered yourselves in advance on the website https://chepan.stenata.com/register/). Registration of participants by Stenata employees will be charged extra!

REGISTRATION IS CONSIDERED COMPLETED AFTER PAYMENT OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE.

III. An order BUFF Bike and Run for Chepan 2024 and/or BUFF Bike and Run hat for Chepan

Traditionally, every participant in the Bike and Run for Chepan race will receive the mandatory BUFF product in the starter pack.

The collectible BUFF Orgiginal Neckwear created especially for the thirteenth edition of Bike and Run for Chepan will be available for anyone to order at a preferential price of BGN 15 upon registration. In addition, there will be an opportunity to get a branded running hat Bike and Run for Chepan at a price of BGN 32.

If you are not a member but would still like to get your hands on the collectible BUFF towel and/or branded BUFF hat, you will be able to do so by email info@stenata.com. The price in this case will be BGN 35 for the towel and BGN 64 for the hat.

ATTENTION! The hat and scarf will be available for order until 02/28/2024. After that date no orders will be accepted due to the technological lead time, so that the requested quantities are produced and delivered before the date of the competition.

IV. What the start fee includes:

• BUFF® Original product in everyone's starter pack
• Personalized start number with chip and electronic measurement;
• Mountain insurance for the day of the race;
• Participation in a raffle with prizes provided by the sponsors and partners of Bike & Run for Chepan;
• Route marking without use of polymer bands and other plastic products;
• Medical service - Ambulance and Mountain Rescue Service
• Water, beverages and food at 4 points along the route and one point at the start/finish line;
• Wardrobe and luggage care;
• Donation of BGN 5 from each fee goes to eco-projects and causes related to the protection and preservation of nature;
